My ideal creative vendor partner isn't one that comes to the table hoping to meet my expectations or our client’s wishes; it is a company that offers elevated and creative solutions, unique and inspired concepts, and exceeds our standards on all fronts. MIHO is not only capable of delivering on client expectation, they take your idea and hoist it to the next level through their artful and innovative execution, creative presentation and impeccable service, creating unforgettable dining experiences for each of our client’s guests.

We always strive for weddings we produce to feel like a top-tier restaurant experience. For Sophie and Daniel's wedding, we requested an open-show kitchen concept that put the MIHO team and their skills under the spotlight. Not only did MIHO shine, they were able to execute our client's vision and the extremely intricate custom menu they designed, all while being hours away from their headquarters in San Diego, outside on a ranch next to a horse barn. The food not only looked good, it actually tasted good. There are no trendy gimmicks with MIHO, just high-quality ingredients, well prepared and expertly seasoned food by some of the businesses best. Everything down to the serving platters and the cocktail bar garnish container has been thought through, and each bespoke detail elevated the service standard and food and beverage experience for our couples wedding guests. 

Throughout the planning process I was continually surprised and delighted by the MIHO team's responsiveness, dedication to our project, and easygoing flexible nature. No task was too big or small, and every challenge (there were many hosting a luxury destination wedding on a cattle ranch) was met with graciousness and a solution oriented mindset. They handled every situation with finesse, ease and poise and the systems and process they implemented made the planning process seamless and most of all, fun! 

While Sophie and Daniel's wedding was my first collaboration with the MIHO team, I can confidently say I am enthusiastic about partnering with them again very soon and look forward to the fun we'll have collaborating with their incredibly talented and kind team.
