"I had the absolute pleasure of working with the MIHO team for my client's Palm Springs wedding weekend. Wedding Day

A note from the bride…

From the moment we started planning, food and drink were a top priority for us. It had to be the best dinner party ever. We’re also both super detail oriented so with our wedding being in Palm Springs, we wanted a light, botanical feel. Of course it was about the taste of the food — every dish was out of this world but also about the look and feel of the plating, the design of the drinks, and entire service experience.

MIHO truly outdid themselves. From the beginning, they were super professional and so clearly passionate about what they do. The team went above and beyond to work with us on every little detail, so responsive and always accommodating. From the menu to the staff themselves, everything was amazing and better than we could have imagined. Not only is the team filled with warm, kind people, but they were incredibly attentive. We never even had to go to the bar once because we were constantly being checked in on. It let us relax with our guests, which we really appreciated. I found myself just eating so much that I had to remind myself to socialize.

Our parents and guests had nothing but good things to say about the food, the drinks and the staff. Attention was on everyone. No wine or water glass was ever empty, the courses were timed perfectly, and the details were hard to miss. The amount of compliments we received showed that it was an amazing experience for everyone.

We’ll also add that MIHO worked with us to provide two different experiences — a comforting yet elevated intimate family-style rehearsal dinner paired with an expertly polished, synchronized multi-course wedding reception.

We will truly dream of everything on our weekend menus.
