Centerpark
Broker Event
Longfellow is a life science real estate developer and operator with a national portfolio of more than 6.5 million square feet. And they’re growing.
We partner with Longfellow for both their leasing events as well as their tenant experience and hospitality programs. This afternoon, we hosted prominent brokers for an open house at Centerpark Labs. And Longfellow knows that hard hat tours and leasing strategy meetings are more successful with their go-to experience planners, MIHO.
Grill & Chill:
Broker's Happy Hour
For each event we create with Longfellow’s marketing team, we create a dynamic design that highlights the property. After all, our goal is to bring new tenants to the incredible space. We bring in unique food, beverage and experiential concepts to delight the client and their guests while showing off the space and ammenities.
Our goal for the event design is to bring the space to life and highlight the building’s space and amenities. While staying on brand for Longfellow, we leaned into a down-to-earth approach. We created an environment that was relaxed, approachable and well-attended.
For the food and beverage experience, we created custom poke bowls highlighting the building’s tenant, Hawaiian Fresh Seafood.
The live yakitori grill gave off the nostalgic smell of a charcoal bar-b-que. And we used the mural design to create a branded paper for the yakitori skewers. And guests were surprised with a custom tequila ranch water style cocktail on the building tour.
Guests enjoyed the tunes by local musician, Austin Burns, and free Longfellow swag by local golf brand, Linksoul.
We had some fun with the clients and offered a macro-brewery beer taste test offering a $500 prize to anyone who could tell the difference between Coors, Budweiser, Natural Light and Miller Light. Out of the 70 guests, only one person got it right.
