London Tea in Brentwood
An afternoon tea party inspired by London’s elegant private club, Annabel’s. Cucumber & goat cheese sandwiches, beet-stained deviled quail eggs, onion ash crusted watermelon carpaccio, diver scallops with english pea purée and summer fruit with cream and caramel balsamic ice cream were just a few things we dreamt up for this celebration.
