Tropical Wedding at San Diego Botanic Garden’s Conservatory
Nestled in the picturesque San Diego Botanic Garden, The Conservatory is one of San Diego’s most sought out after wedding venues and the ultimate setting for your lush wedding. This newly added venue space boasts a stunning glass structure that provides the perfect blend of nature and elegance, making it the ideal location for a truly unforgettable celebration. With lush greenery and vibrant flora surrounding you, the Conservatory offers a breathtaking backdrop for your special day. Exchange your vows in the garden courtyard, followed by a reception in the spacious and versatile Conservatory.
We celebrated the union of Brittany and Kalei at the Botanic Gardens with a beautiful outdoor ceremony with tropical florals, a statement arch with beautiful monstera leaves, palms, and orchids. The tropical decor and bride’s second look (out of three) was a nod to the groom’s Hawaiian and Samoan heritage. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed tray-passed appetizers from MIHO, including a purple potato flauta with habanero champy, a duck confit taco served on a watermelon radish, and aguachile tostadita with coconut leche de tigre marinated shrimp. Because of the couple’s love for mexican food, they brought MIHO in to cater an elevated taco buffet, churros and carne asada fries as a late night snack.
