Summertime Birthday Brunch in La Jolla

One of our corporate clients reached out to plan their daughter’s 18th birthday brunch with friends at a beautiful estate in La Jolla. While all the attention was focused on the birthday girl, the MIHO team put together a simple menu for the intimate poolside brunch consisting of a refreshment station, fresh fruit, mascarpone french toast, short rib benedict and peewee potatoes. We also sang and served the birthday girl a delicious homemade funfetti cake.

The challenge with this event was to execute it in just three days before the family took a European vacation and the kids went off to college. We brought in coastal pink tones and a boho vibe with rattan furniture and existing gazebo. With the help of our partners, we executed a flawless and chic summertime birthday brunch.
