Chef Rocio joins the MIHO team as our Culinary Visionary

Originally from Galicia, Spain, Chef Rocio Siso-Gurriaran officially joins the MIHO team as our Culinary Visionary. She will focus her creativity and craft on menu innovation, food sourcing and developing the team. Chef Rocio served as the Head Chef for MIHO in the early days of 2013 while we grew from a food truck into a catering company. After a long tenure as Executive Sous Chef at fine dining restaurants such as Tapenade, The Smoking Goat and Nine-Ten, Rocio returns back to MIHO with new excitement for the direction of the company and culinary team.
