to Watch in 2025
Dramatic Draping
Dramatic draping is having a moment, and it’s redefining the way we think about wedding decor. Forget the standard pipe-and-drape setups—we’re talking rich textures, dramatic layers, and statement-making materials that bring a whole new level of sophistication. Picture velvet panels in jewel tones cascading from the ceiling, metallic silver fabrics catching the light, and vibrant colors adding an artistic flair. Texture is key here—it invites guests to not only look but feel immersed in the experience. Bold draping is setting the stage for a celebration that feels luxurious, intimate, and undeniably sexy.

The Weirder the Better
Couples are opting for the unexpected when it comes to their venue, flowers and table top! They are setting their sights on spaces that are personal to them and offer an element of surprise. From a ceremony on a horse arena where the bride grew up riding to a yacht on the water or even a local Italian grocery market where we are able to customize everything, our couples are leaning into something different! They are also open to playing with a variety of shapes and textures and pulling back from the traditional, as we layer in elements of interest! We've heard a few of our couples say "the weirder the better" when it comes to florals and we're here for it! We love collaborating with our florists to pull unique blooms and unexpected pairings!

Seating with Style
In 2025, seating at weddings is taking on a whole new level of creativity. Couples are moving away from traditional rows of chairs and embracing unique seating options that add flair and personality to their celebration. Think upholstered stools, luxurious cushions, and stylish poufs that offer comfort and character, arranged in unexpected ways to create intimate settings and a relaxed atmosphere. These custom seating arrangements allow for flexibility—creating cozy nooks for guests to gather, and even circular seating for the ceremony itself. The emphasis is on comfort, style, and making every guest feel part of the experience, all while adding a touch of personality to the decor. Whether it's mixing eclectic chairs for a lounge vibe or creating whimsical seating for the ceremony, the options are endless for couples who want to break away from the standard aisle setup.

Vibrant Pottery & Playful Blooms
Bright, bold pottery is making a statement in the new luxury wedding trend, setting itself apart from newly popular "old money aesthetic" of neutrals, bows, and olives. Expect to see more primary colors and unique, bespoke vessels that embrace playfulness while maintaining an elevated feel. It’s about breaking the rules with intention—celebrating a blend of styles that’s as chic as it is bold. Flowers like daisies, carnations, and other vibrant, non-presumptuous blooms are taking center stage. When paired with these creative vessels and a skilled floral designer, it’s a celebration of artful design that feels fresh, fun, and luxurious all at once.

Interactive Food Experiences
Luxury weddings are turning dining into an art form with immersive, interactive experiences. Picture chefs hand-rolling fresh temaki with nori and fresh seafood, twirling pasta made from scratch, or shucking oysters topped in creative ways (oyster shooter anyone?). Guests might wander over to a chic caviar bar with blinis and champagne or be charmed by dim sum carts weaving through the celebration. Think creative late-night snacks and dessert carts that add an extra layer of fun and personality.
These culinary moments often tell a story—whether it’s the couple’s favorite date-night dish, nostalgic childhood treats, or flavors inspired by their travels. Show-stopping desserts like mille-feuille, oversized sheet cakes, or towering macarons don’t just satisfy a sweet tooth—they also double as stunning decor and natural conversation starters.

Unexpected Venues
In 2025, luxury weddings are moving toward dramatic, architecturally significant venues, with couples choosing private estates, historic mansions, and modern art museums for their celebrations. But it doesn’t stop there—many are going one step further by custom-building entire venue structures, creating spaces that reflect their unique style and vision. These one-of-a-kind locations blend stunning design with exclusivity, offering a backdrop that feels both intimate and grand. Destination weddings are also on the rise, with couples opting for culturally rich locations that offer both beauty and meaning, making the venue itself a key part of the experience.
