FORK & KNIFE
The story of our Fork & Knife menu goes back to 2012 when we evolved from a farm-to-table food truck into a new school catering company. At the time, we were famous for our hand-crafted tacos and sandwiches. But we soon realized that we needed a menu that you didn't eat with your hands! Thus, Fork & Knife was born.
Inspired from co-founder Kevin Ho's Chinese heritage, family style service was the perfect marriage of tableside hospitality and a diversity of dishes for all guests to enjoy. We didn't know we were inventing an entirely new style of communal catering.
Nowadays, every caterer has some sort of family style menu. But Fork & Knife was the first of its kind. And we aspire to keep leading the way with the creativity of each flavor, the craftsmanship of each dish, and the ethical sourcing of every ingredient.
Everything is handmade, including the deluxe stoneware collection in which we serve our communal dishes.
